I think some thunder power 1300s (3s) would be great for tons of power. I use 1200mah 3s etecs (cheaper solution) in my hornet2, so the TPs should be great.

If you're not wanting to cook your motors so soon, you might try a TP 1300mah 2s pack. I fly my FP HB with these, but I've never tried them in my hornet2.

The key to CP is constant head speed; until people start posting results with different pinions and motors, I don't think we'll know for sure.
