I am in the final stages of setting up the linkages for the EVO50.

While setting up athe collective linkage, I have to shorten the collective pitch rod to 18.5mm (from 22mm) as given on pages 39 and 40 in the manual.

((This could be due to either my setup is not correct or the exposed dimension on linkage is not indicative of eye-to-eye dimension ))

Has anyone noticed this during their setup.

Thanks,

Vinn

Are you going by placing the links on the picture or measuring with calipers? the pictures are not the correct length. yoummust use calipers to get the correct lengths. Mine ended up exactly as the manual stated.

I measured the link with calipers and used a bubble spirit level to align the pitch arm to the mast.

Can you please post the eye-to-eye dimension on the collective pitch linkage. ((From the geometry of the linkages I cannot understand how that dimension can vary from build to build.))

Thanks,

Vinn

Thanks for the posts, it seems like there can be a variation in the link lengths.

I am a novice, still in hover mode. When I get a chance I try to fly near Renner and 190.
