My knowledge of pipe operation is lacking, so this may seem like a silly question, but, since I already have a TJ Pro and am thinking of getting an MP2, I'd like to know the answer.

Do you / can you run a governor with something like the MP2? Or, will the engine tend to stay at a certain RPM naturally due to the pipe? If you can/do use a governor, do you just set the RPM where the pipe likes to run? I've heard the MP2 likes to run engines at about 170000, which puts most helicopters' head speeds near 1900-2000. Do you just set it for that?

Thanks,
Dan

TJ Original, MP2Q 1900 on the head... works fine

Set the Gov in the pipes range and you will have no problems
