if i have a 8103 with a module on chan 31, does the crystal have to match this channel? I have a set of Jr crystals (62 75.430 ). can i use this? Does the module have a slot to put the crystal in it?

Yes, the module has a slot for the crystal. You can change the crystal in the module but some will tell you that it’s a crime to do so.

I agree with JRMAN yes you can change the crystal as long as it is 72mhz.
Try doing a SEARCH.

Isn’t 75 MHz for ground use?

You should be using 72 MHz crystals with your 8103 and make sure they are for JR transmitters.

Do you have the manual for the Berg receiver? I think that with the Berg 5 with DSP you have to use Std. size berg or JR single conversion crystals.

do any of u guys know anything about the triton charger? i ordered mine on mon and just received it today. the thing is...i didnt knoe that it required a 12v AC power supply for in home use. *sigh* more money is going to be spent. does anyone knoe someone that sells 12v supply already built for the triton? I might just end up returning it cause i do not want to spend another 50-60 bucks on a power supply and i dont think i can build one...heard too many scary stories about charging it wrong and blowing the house up. I just need some feedback...if i've known that li-poly would cost this much...i would prob stick with regular batt...but i guess once ur in the hole...it can only get deeper...thanks
