All this talk about theR90 dampners got me to thinking about the dampners for the R50v2. I am still using the stock blue 70 Duro dampners and was wondering has anybody tried the new 80 Duro dampners?
If so how are they compared to the stock dampners?

i tried a set of em in my raptor 50, made the cyclic's feel a little crisper and slightly faster, for what they cost it's a very cheap experiment even if it turns out you dont like them.

Crisper means better for 3D and worst for forward flight

I haven't made up my mind yet! I didn't notice much of a difference except for in inverted hover. They make the heli a lot more touchy upside down. Other than that the roll rate is a quicker and flip rate and they seem to fly just fine.

I don't know yet - I need some more time with them on. Like I said the only place where I notice any ill effect is inverted hovering
