Hi

Help me with MTA.

I'm from Poland and I was ordered parts from USA shops before without any problem.
I was ordered parts in MTA, but from 8 Apr i don't have any info about my package.

(my credit card value of course decreased


They (mtahobbies@mtahobbies.com) don't answer for my emails (15).

( If you may ask for order number 3268 and send me back answer then I will grateful. )

I don't think they like to respond to email. Last time I had to call them. If you are not in the US like me and don't want to call, try using Rick's or Zooms next time. At least they answer your email.

I use MTA hobbies all the way out here in India. I have had flawless service with them. I got my Muscle Pipe II from them in 4 days!!

I have sent them 3 emails asking them for shipping prices to New Zealand but get no reply.

Looks like they don't like making money, very bad customer service.

I have had nothing but excellent service from mta, keep in mind they were at the phoenix fun fly ,rcx show and because of there great service they are busy. They do value your business a great deal,and go to great lenghts to keep customers happy. lets not foget email is not perfect, my GF sends me emails and sometimes I never get them!! They rank right up there with Ricks in my opinion.

MTA is my local guy. Been here a long time.

Sometimes slow to deal with the emails and sometimes they might just overflow and get lost.

If you do not get your reply when you expect it, call them at 310-533-6868 or use their toll free number listed on their web page.

If you cannot call for whatever reason, and you want to get through you can send an email to me directly and I will resolve it with them and get back to you. I go there once a week at least. I won't make a special trip, but for sure I will deal with it the next time I am there. If it is a serious issue such as you were billed and never received your package, tell me that in the email and I will call them myself, make sure you give me the important details like your name, date of order and what was included.

They are good people and strive to be their best, but they are only 2 individuals so sometimes something might drop, espceiclaly on email where they get hundreds of inquiries.

They also spend a great deal of time at many of the local and surrounding area funflys.. that equates to the long road trips... I have seen them at the last 4 FF I have attended and two of those were in different states

MTA has alway treated me well.. Quick shipment, Quick turnaround.. etc.. Once you know Nadir and Rosie you will find they strive to be the best of the best.. Like said above... they are two ppl running a very customer intensive business.. I would hate to try to sell stuff to you guys all day lol

They have been in contact with me now.

I am trying to send a fax to them on the number they gave me 310-533-6197 I’m in New Zealand so I need to add the country code number in as well which is 1, so I try to send the fax through to 001 310-533-6197 but I cant get through, I must have something wrong in the number.

Can anyone help?
