The Hummingbird Elite CP & FP helicopters are shipping!

Century is currently contacting customers to let them know about the combo packs, option parts and replacement parts being available.

Feel free to call in any time to check and see what we have (which should also be available to see at http://www.centuryheli.com).

Orders taken for the Hummingbird Elite series are being processed in the order that they are taken.

Thank you

Dennis Cica

Any word on a conversion kit to convert the FP to CP? This way I can keep my G10 frame and other goodies that I've tacked onto my FP bird.

Hah...already tried that. See, century doesn't actually answer questions on the forum

However, there will only be a FP to CP conversion kit for the Elite FP. There will not be a kit to convert the standard FP that everyone has to CP.

Converting

FYI

The FP Elite series will support conversion and there will be a kit.

The v.II series (or standard) will not support that conversion.

We try to watch the forum but sometimes we're really swamped and can't that's just the way it goes

Anybody know the difference between getting the setup without the TX, and getting it with the Century Lightning TX?

The combo numbers are:
CN1011CM3 w/o tx $294.95
CN1011CMC With lighting radio $269.95
What's with it being cheaper?

My lightening 4CH Radio sucked. But it was about waht I expected for the price. The radio is smaller then I like, the sticks didn't feel smooth at all. I bought it as a combo cause it was actualy cheaper then buying it without the TX. I just ended up running the HB on my JR radio.

Think of it as getting a discount and a free radio that you can sell on ebay.

Thats exactly how i thought of it. It ws exactly what I expected. But somebody new, without other radio gear, might be disappointed. But you get what you pay for and centruy offers a JR quattro option too
