I seem to recall a thread about making these, but I cant find it.

If anyone is making their own, where are you getting the stuff?

I would like to make a 37.5" boom, are there arrow shafts long enough for that?

search google for AL tubing. look for 3/4" OD x.035 for the boom, don't know about a TT that long

http://www.aircraftspruce.com has 6061T6 aluminum tube at ~1.12$ per foot (looking at it in paper catalog right now )
