Well I'm getting out of the hobby.
I'm probably your average person that ditches the hobby after a year or two. For me, it wasn't that it was too complicated or that I didnt enjoy it. In fact, I loved every minute of it.
But for me at this point in my life, it has to be put on hold for now. Who knows, I may be back several years later when the heli itch takes hold once again.
That out of the way, heres the deal. Like a typcial ditcher, I'm selling everything and don't wish to split things up. This deal is good for a beginner who wants to get everything like new for about half the price.
I have a completly stock Raptor 60 V2 with the OS 60 engine. Condition is like new. The canopy is the only thing you'll want to replace. It has a really crappy paint job. The paint is slowly coming off. (Obviously didn't do it right). However I still have all the stock decals which haven't been put on it.)
It's been through two flying seasons, has been through 4 gallons. The only thing I have bolted on is a header tank, tach and a voltwatch on the tail.
The radio is the Futaba 9CHP with the stock servos. It does have the digital 9253 servo driving the tail though. It also has the Futaba GY-401 as well.
I have a decent flight box with leftover spare parts and a bunch of tools. pitch gauge, starter, battery, basically everything you need except for fuel.
You can check out pics of everything on my website HERE
Again condition is like new. It has never been crashed. To be fair, I did have one hard landing, which resulted in a tail boom strike. There was hardly any damage except for the plastic fin on the tail and a nick in the blades, both of which were replaced and I've been through another gallon since then without any problems.
I'm asking $1000 for everything shipped to your door if your in the US. If you have questions, need more detail, or better yet want to buy, respond to this post or send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks and happy heli flyin!
P.S. Many thanks to all of you that helped another newbie get into the air. I wouldn't have been able to do it without all the wonderful people here at RunRyder.
