Anyone had trouble with their orders from cyberheli lately?
2 weeks ago i ordered several items,also a Raptor 50 Tailboom and i received a silver one.
I dont like the silver one ,but ok,they can make a mistake so i installed it on my rappy.
I e-mailed them about it and the only reply was" did we send a silver one?"

Now a buddy ordered several parts for me:
2 tailbooms for Rap 50 and a windscreen for the canopy and 5x gearset for futaba 9202.

Guess what he got: 2 SILVER tailbooms,a windscreen not in plastic so it is scratched,and 5 x futaba 9202 servo housing.

Whats wrong with them???

Cyber Heli

It is most unusual for Cyber to make mistakes like that but we are only human. I have been dealing with them for 2 years now and have ordered quite a lot of goods and NEVER had a problem . They have been incredibly fast with their deliveries and there has NEVER been a missorder from them so I am most surprised . Send an e-mail to Stephen and I'm sure he will sort it out for you. I hope all turns out well for you.

Cyberheli ROCKS!

I order a set of blades friday and they get here tuesday morning. I wish others were that fast. I even sent them an e-mail commending them on such great service.

I ordered a few items from Cyberheli middle of last week, Thought there was some mix up coz i didn't get any sort of order confirmation, emailed them for confirmation but no response, lo and behold, parts sitting peacefully on my table when i got home last night. Less than a week to get here!

Guess they are just bogged down a little. Nothing to worry about, never had a problem with Cyberheli.

Both Stephen and I are working average of 50 orders and have to answer over 130 emails a day. We admit we'll make some mistakes but we're not trying to hide it or play dump with it. 99% of our customer knows we have good reputition and we're trying to do better and better.

We need to clarify on what items we had sent to you and we'll make sure it won't happen again. Hope you understand !!

I have looked into the shipping history of your order and:

1. Even though you had already installed and used the silver booms, I am getting black booms for you as free replacements and will ship with your current pending order.

2. Gears are definitely our mistake and free replacements will also be included. Keep the cases as your spares.

3. As for the screen, there is no way whatsoever that it will be shipped without original packaging. We do not have bulk packed screens at all. An extra screen shall be sent for your comfort.

4. As for "did we send a silver one?" I am not able to find this in our email achieve.

All the above replacements shall be sent with goodwill and without requiring you to send back the wrongly shipped parts. I hope the above arrangements are satisfactory.

Lastly, your email to us reporting the order problems was dated the SAME day as your post here. We do appreciate that you at least give us some time to response.

Yes cyberheli is great. I would be really stuck without them. I just crashed my new sceadu evo when the gyro came off in mid-flight. Waiting on some parts. Hopefully cyberheli will get them in soon and I can get back in the air.
