Today I though I'd see how the muffler I got with the YS61 would go on the 70.

What a surprise. The bloody thing would not start until I leaned the carbie 1/2 turn and when it started I had to drop my 3/4 stick throttle to 40% to stop over speeding.

My throttle curve with the TT70 and TT muffler was 0 - - 55 75
With the SB16 (I think it is) the curve is now 0 - - 40 75

Can I keep using this muffler or will it cause damage? Temps were still low and I had heaps of power. I still have a few clicks lean to go if I want too.

This seems like a good combo and it also reduced heaps the burping of the TT70 which too ages to tune out yesterday.

TT70 is a bitch to tune I will say that for it. Still plenty of power.

Laughing at yourself will lengthen your life. Laughing at me will shorten it...
