as i would be too with a new baby like that it certainly was a beauty!

i'd be selfish as hell if i had one (that's not a hint for you to ship me one )

As for Duncan getting his hands on it - that'd be something great to see !

Any model shop here in the UK.
Cost is about £50 with motor.
You just need a RX, 2 servos and speed controller.
maybe £100 to £120 all is cost.

Amazing fun, perfect weather there at Charmouth. I think we were competing with the mob from Skyline models.

Hi Ade

------------------

I prefer the MS composite Swift, Available from your local irvine dealer. Smaller, lighter, better flight times and more aerobatic than the Zagi.

-------------------
Irvines arn't the MS distributors any more we are! :-)
The Swift is great but I would personally say a little different from a Zagi as it's smaller and lighter and wouldn't be as suited to combat.
Your right about the flight times and you can fly it in much tigher spaces.

Cheers

For all out performance, the Unicorn would be your best bet.
http://www.uk-wings.com/

I have a brushless one, and can fly loops around the Zagi's at our club.
Around 80 mph with a Mega 16/15/4 brushless motor.

Even with a stock 400 motor this thing is almost twice as fast as a standard stock Zagi.

I'm gutted I missed such a good event - work commitments unfortunately. I recently bought a Sceadu Evo 50 from Skyline and was hoping to chat to some people down there about ow to best set it up for 3d.

Did anyone see the Evo 50 fly at Charmouth? If so, how was it? And, what set up (main/tail blades etc) was used?

I'd appreciate any advice.

Thanks in advance.

You need to talk to Shagga - Send him a PM.
He's been flying an Evo for a month or so. He loves it.
He was giving it some stick at Charmouth too.
