Wow. An in flight break up and collision with the ground couldn't have felt good no matter what! Although I have seen a Raptor and a Freya do the same thing

Garlick Helicopters makes revised type certificates/STCs for various machines, generally for heavy lifting/fire fighting or other industrial applications. One of the helis they've converted is the Bell UH-1C, and if I'm connecting the web pages I've seen properly, the HH-1C was a variant of the Bell UH-1C produced for the Navy (supposedly, only 27 were built).
It looks like this one just became even rarer than it was...

Yes, I know who that company is! About 90 miles from where I live, in the tiny town of Hamilton, Montana (pretty close to Missoula, if that means anything to anyone). They're still there, I'm not sure exactly what they do, but every time I've driven by there there's a bunch of helicopter "shells" sitting outside in a line.
