  • 20100512 Stratus Tank Mount update

After a tip from Bobby Watts, I made my own Stratus Tank Mount. It is a 1mm Aluplate (could also be CF) with four PEM nuts installed. Two of the edges are bent, so that the plate is not bend when the strips are tighened. The Tank is taped and strips onto the plate. I drill two new hole i the backend of the bottom CF plate. The front screw in the aluplate goes through the "old" holes for the strips. If your going to make such a plate, please note the the Pin in the bottom of the tank, are not centred - that why i dont have any Pin in the bottom of the tank, cause i didn't see it before drilling the hole See Runryder Tropic rc.runryder.com/t587382p1/
