The Dubro #420 600cc/20oz tank( http://www.dubro.com/DU-BRO/DUB_CAT...at_Frameset.htm ) is mounted on it's side with the bottom of the tank (where the fittings are) at the right side of the helicopter (from behind). The opening on the front of the tank faces straight forward and I left the brass fuel fittings about 3/4" long and straight with plenty of room to attach and route the fuel lines. The only additional thing I may do is place about a 1/2" block between the tank and the top surface of the rear landing gear to help support the rear of the tank should it ever show signs of tilting/slipping backwards.
