I have a Fury Expert 60 that is just collecting dust right now. I have always wanted to get into aerial photo as a hobby, and maybe someday a side business. What is everyone's opinion on using a glow heli for pix? I know the smoke can/will be an issue. Would I be better off to trade or sell this 3D bird for a gasser? Or would I be better to get a camera set-up and use this heli? I'm open to any and all advice. Thanks in advance for anyones help here!

Well, here is my .02 cents worth. Go with what you have.

Using elastic members (rubber bands, bungy cords, etc.) from heli to camera, works pretty good.

Sure, you may have some out-of-focus pictures, and sometimes there will be some exhaust smoke in the picture.

Over-all, you will be getting experience, and you will be analysing your photos.

You will be seeing your triumphs, and your mistakes. Your learning curve is pointing up.

What more could you want????
