It depends on the job. I have started to do complete real estate packages which includes aerial photography and regular ground level (indoor and outdoors) photography, including 360 degree Ipix photos.
But typically $200 - $300 for a single building (aerial photography only) and then another $50 to put the images on a disc. Ground photos adds $100 - $250 depending on the complexity. I only concentrate on multi million dollar homes, since the realtors makes so much money on selling those that they are willing to pay for photography.
My biggest customer by far is in commercial real estate. Because of the amount of work they send us, they have a fixed rate of $200 per site, which includes 20 - 40 pictures from different angles and altitudes in a 12 mega pixel resolution. That price includes delivery on a DVD with a seperate contact sheet showing the contents.
What is interesting to see is that "real" aerial photography outfits offer the same photos shot from 1000 foot altitude from a Cessna 152 or similar for $ 75 - $100 per site. But, because we can legally get down to rooftop level, they are willing to pay more than twice the amount for R/C photos, because the pictures are so much better for them to use in their advertising.
