Fist off I use a board with the ecs and gyro integrated. What happens is that when i throttle up the head spools up just far enough to cause problems and the servos go nuts. Kinda acts like it does when the batts get really low( i know this because i have used the HB to do a "full" discharge), yet i'm plugging in a fully charged pack. So would a bad motor cause this thru poor performance and excessive "noise" do to wear, or do i need a new control setup?

More info, okay. The electronics are out of a smartech aerohawk, and the motor is the stock 370. Batteries are a 750mah/700mah birdseed type. One weekend it nearly hit the ceiling(30ft) in my dad's indoor riding arena, next weekend i pull it out of the truck and it won't even get off the plywood i use for a liftpad(these things don't like taking off in deep sand). Like i said in my first post my biggest question is, will a crapped out motor generate enough noise to mess with the recieved signals?

Yes, a dying motor can often cause severe glitching in the receiver, and could cause your problem.
