Well, drone flier did violate FAA rules and regulations using drone for surveillance. They were flying to do surveillance of the animal farm. Why they set up across the road instead of a hidden location, I just don't know. Stupid.

The cop did not have a reason to detain him. It was an illegal search without probable cause. There are much better videos that explain why you do not have to provide ID when you have not been charged of a crime.

At worst, the cops gave the farm the information of the people flying the drone.

Guy's a dick looking for his 5 minutes of fame. There was an apparent misunderstanding, IF THEY WERE FLYING LEGALLY FOR MARSHALL FARMS, so if that is the case whats the big freaking deal about giving the officer his ID and explaining the situation? Simple easy and lasts maybe 10 minutes and everyone can have a goid laugh about it. I swear, dip****s all over the place making life way more difficult than it really us.

"FAA rules"
are these rules also laws ?? cause if they are laws the guy got off easy

my other question is, has the 2 guys and the women, and their loved ones benefited in some way from the research in medicine these dogs have provided, I'm betting yes

"Stop and identify" statutes are statutory laws in the United States that authorize police[1] to legally obtain the identification of someone whom they reasonably suspect has committed a crime.
so if you are stopped, you ask "if they have a reasonable reason to ask for your ID", if they say yes "you ask what these reasons are"

and if they are BS reasons, you ask "for a Supervisor to come because you feel your rights are being violated"

make it easy and the crap will pass faster,,, hey, <I made a funny LOL
