Turbine exhaust have always been a niggle on model helicopters
It is always difficult to get it as close to full size as possible
I have seen and tried many differing approach's to the problems
Straight out cooks the tail/boom, and difficult to hold forwards thrust
Deflected down burn the grass/tarmac
Deflected up, burn, the blades, more prevalent on multi blades
Side exits, rudder control, depending on rotor direction, good and bad
This pod and boom suffers from serious forward thrust, and had to be held tail down to control it
Decided to make an extension that I could control through 360 degrees to find the optimum position
Now the testing

Correct Stainless steel, this is .225mm-.2mm. I have used various thickness up to .7mm, which is quite heavy
