Does anyone have the part # for the benzin trainer side frames that have the servos in them? Or a link to a manual? I would like to ditch the old wooden servo tray.

Thanks

You will have to go to Airstar for ccpm side frames I don't think Vario makes them. XGM/VGM

Ha! Ya caught me looking for parts already! The old girl will fly with wood then! I checked around and I think you are right. Airstar only. But vario has the updated servo tray. I think I will just stick with it.

Vario does make the benzin helicopter with servos set in the mainframe. It is called "acrobatic"
http://www.vario-helicopter.biz/de/...-mm::35115.html

I looked into switching to these sideframes but determined that it is not "economically feasible".... I'd rather buy new helicopter all togehter...
But there is an option...

I came up with the same. A really nice guy made me a great deal on a benzin trainer. I had been saving my pennies for one and thought that the wood servo tray was a weak point. Turns out that most pilots like the tray because it balances the helicopter and isolates the electronics from vibration. I will just stick with it.

Didn't even try. Just kept the machine all "vario". No issues, it flies like it's floating on a pillow.
