Hi

is the screw meant to not tighten up ? i've checked and it keeps turning won't stop or tighten up and stop

You need to have a hex wrench in BOTH screws in order to tighten them.
Don't forget to use blue loctite.

You need to have a hex wrench in BOTH screws in order to tighten them.
Otherwise, the blade axle will just spin as you try to tighten just one screw.....

Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....
