I just took a break. Wife got me a tecbean drone for in the house.
Been looking at the FAA 107 remote drone study guide.
I was ahead of the curve, put cameras on all my rc stuff, helis and planes, have loads of footage I can't find. All I have in my gallery is some pictures from my low budget milk crate full size video camera holder that I used a long time ago, on my first heli a Sceadu 50. Do miss the hobby. We got shut out of flying at our rc field, and it's hard to run nitro in the neighborhood with so many small kids ,so just kind of sold off most my stuff.

That's awesome, glad to see everyone comes back around. I have attended the Huntsville "fly in". Back in 2012 and 2013 i believe. The HHF guys are all great folks!

joeskeeter, that is a big issue still with nitro and neighborhoods. Although, any heli flown around the kids is potentially hazardous. I still haven't looked into what all is required for the FAA and drones. I'm sure i can read all about it on the forum...

For me the mechanics in putting a camera in the air is the easy part.
Getting business, especially in a small town like I'm in is probably the hard part.

Yeah, business could be difficult in small towns. Have you tried selling online? Good way to build your portfolio as well. Also, creating video and uploading it to Youtube is a good way to get noticed too. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth.

I've posted some videos but very low hits.
Only thing i've done online is Ebay, and sales have been really bad.

What's your YouTube name if you don't mind me asking? Or you could PM me. Selling on eBay is almost an art form. You just have to sell and sell and sell to get a premium account. And shipping kills you for the most part... Then all the fees Paypal and eBay both take out....... That's why RR here is so Great! Great community and everyone holds each other accountable.

OK, I went ahead and did a Tecbean X902 review.Just came down with one hell of a head cold.Wife bought me it for my birthday and have spent last 3 days trying to figure out why it's loosing power.
She bought one for my 9 year old grandson, and his works fine.
Without any electronic test equipment, I can't figure if it's the transmitter that is glitching, or if the quadcopter has a short.
It flies after falling down several times and it actually flies pretty good. The transmitter is small, so for adult hands it is awkward.

Here is a link to my Tecbean X902 mini quadcopter video.

That's a tiny transmitter!! I've always been interested in those tiny drones. Seems like it would be fun zipping around the house!! I have a blade msr somewhere around here that I used to do that with..... Good times!! How did you shoot that video? It's a good angle! There's a sound program called Audacity that is free to download and use and with some practice makes easy to edit out background noises, ie sniffling. Not knocking you or anything.

It's a smartphone.
Made a rig to hold it front of me, like the gopro rig, except made it out of poster board, bubble wrap, and Gorilla Ducttape. That's why you also hear squeaking in the audio.
