Well we tried today to fly, but the ball links were too easy to pop off with a finger. I need a place to get the rods, balls, and links. Can someone point me to the correct URL.

This is for the Vario Bell 430.

Was already there, look at this link and tell me what is correct. I think I will email them. Therre are too many choices.

Also, I noticed the links, have small number on each.

They are from 5 to 6 to 7

Chopper thanks, I could not go to Dalton - sad.

OK it has Vario mechanics, and is electric.

Good idea, yes I emailed him as well.

Thanks again

And mic the balls too as that will help Joe. Make sure they are all the same.

Benzin mechs, probably a 4.8mm ball (.187" DIA ball), but you also need the diameter of the threaded link rod to pick the correct ball end link. Measure the Ball/rod and get back to Joe at Vario. PN 107/9 link is for a 4.8mm ball and a 2.5mm threaded shaft.

Mojave,

This is what I measured, not sure if it is correct.
I don't understand the description of the parts.

5.0 3x3mm

Is the ball dia. 5.0mm and the thread 3x3mm?

The part you have pictured is the actual threaded ball, you probably don't need to replace that part, just the worn out plastic link that connects to it. The diameter of that ball is 4.8mm, so you need a link that fits it. That link also needs to fit the threaded rod that screws into it. So you need the diameter of the threaded rod also.
