I have a 600E Pro with DFC head and BL-815H swash servos.

The problem is the height of the servos.

The top-deck / output shaft on the Align BL-815HV is so high above the mounting lugs, that the left/right swash linkages are at a very "uncomfortable" angle.
Instead of being vertical, they are "bowlegged" and angle out 10 degrees (measured with a digital pitch gauge).

The A-arm at the rear is vertical - straight up and down.

Neither of the two links have popped off - yet.
But, I am upgrading to the new 3-bladed head and I know this is going to add some additional load on these 2 L/R links

The only "solution" I can see is to get servos with a lower top-deck / shorter distance from the mounting lugs to the top of the case.

The original 600E used the Align DS-610 servos.
The DS-610 is listed as being 36mm tall.
The BL-815H is listed as 39mm tall

But the height is not a great indicator.
It is the distance from the mounting lug to the top of the case.

I have an old Savox SC-0254mg that is 39mm tall, but the distance from the mounting lug to the top-deck is about 10.3mm
The BL-815H is also 39mm tall, but the distance from the mounting lug to the top deck is 13.5mm

Obviously, a modern, high speed / HV servo with the dimensions of the old Savox would provide a more "vertical" alignment of the swash links
That's what I am looking for.

Currently, as mounted on the heli, the BL-815H servos have a gap of 7mm between the bottoms of the servos (between the rails).
I could go with servos that are 39mm tall but 3.5mm lower and the bottoms of the servos would be touching.

I have tried to find longer servo-arm balls.
A ball that had a standoff of 17mm to 18mm may provide better alignment.
But, I cannot find any that use the 2mm or 3mm threads.
I found some Align balls that have a long standoff and they were used on their old flybar head - but those use a 4mm thread.

Suggestions?

I went with BK Servos BLS-8002HV servos

These end up being about 5mm lower than the Align BLS-815H servos and the angle from the servo to the swash is much closer to "normal"
