Hey guys back again. Finally got out to test this bad boy out ! I'm using the blades and tails that came with it. I believe they're 613mm. I'm running the Mikado Scorpion motor for it. Also 16 tooth pinion and 153 main. Heads speeds are 1800,2000 and 2150. I was in idle 2 loving it and went full negative and that lasted 1 second and it went away while inverted. So I hit hold and brought her down to a sliding stop. That was close. Oh I'm running 13 degrees of pitch too. So tell me what y'all think what can I do to stop that ? Smaller blades maybe like 600mm ? Or 14 tooth pinion. I don't like the 14 hardly any head speed.

You could go Mod 1 main gear from the Logo600 with 11 teeth pinion if you're stripping gears. Assume you have backlash adjusted correctly with no backlash, but also no pressure at tightest spot on main gear.

For that drivetrain, the HS in idle up 3 is too high and the blades are a little too long. You should move to mod 1 gearing but you are still going to have battery issues if you are running 6s. What you have (HS and blade wise) is a 600SX setup. The 550SE was designed to be more of a floater. If you want a more aggressive Heli overall, either swap to a 600SX, or make the changes listed except go for a setup that uses at least a 12t pinion...
