with nitro there are allot of causes

check engine bearing
check clutch and alignment
check start shaft

is the vibration there at different head speeds ?
are the blade grips too tight ?
has any thing come loose , bolts

when flying nitro and things change from one tank to another it is usually caused by engine vibration so check for changes in tightness of bolts
OR something has worn out like the clutch or one way.

When I get stumped I take apart the whole drive train, tail included
and carefully inspect and rebuild the model.
sometimes things get tweaked when you're not looking

What's puzzling is that he just bought his setup at IRCHA and he raved about how well it flew....

Now all of a sudden , this issue has cropped up out of the blue ....

no vibes with out blades <
either blades have cg shifted from being old /defective
OR
when there is a load on the drive train and the vibe starts
then usually it is clutch related
or possibly something in the drive train is going south

I am not familiar with that model but ...

seeing as the engine mounts came loose check the engine bearing and the clutch shoes more than likely something came loose with the clutch assembly

and you say the blades are ok CG wise for each?
