I was setting up a helicopter. I turned the radio off. Tried to turn on again... nothing. Battery OK.

Is there a fuse inside I can replace or is this return to service? I don't want to crack the case if there is no fuse to try replacing.

Anybody?

Yes, there is a fuse. On back of the small board just below the antenna, as I recall. I did have to replace it once, a long while ago.

Answer is NO

There is no fuse in the DX18 Gen2 radio.

And now it is working again.

Go Figure, and can I trust it?
