Plug in your naza to your computer using the usb connector. Turn on your radio. Turn on your Naza. And last, start the naza software. If you open the software before you power up the naza, it won't get seen.

Did you go to the DJI site and download both the assistant and the win driver installation package? Now what you are describing sounds like your setup doesn't have the drivers installed.

What OS are you using?

I got an email regarding this thread, but don't actually see the post listed.

Ahh, Win 10. I guess it is the price we have to pay for progress. The driver installation download includes an executable program that should install the drivers, but I have not installed Win 10 on my computer, it is still 8.1 on one, and XP on the other one. With 10, I'm afraid i am not going to be of much help

There is a video by Mr. Mel over on the Vbar area that goes into manually installing the drivers. At this point, I'm afraid that is the best I can point you to in order to resolve your issues. When I looked on the DJI website, I found 3 Naza devices listed, the NazaM lite, the NazaM and the NazaM V2. On my Win 8.1, I have the V2 and Lite versions. I use the V2 on my standard M.

Good luck on getting the drivers set up.
