Hey guys

Long time doubt here: is there a possibility to governor a wren44 on a trex700/800?

If not, why?

Kind regards,
CALIL

Hi Calil, my turbine experience was short lived but I did toy with the idea. I was trying to use a optical sensor to sense rotor RPM. I think it would have worked if I had a turbine that started every time....

Gravity's a bitch ant it?

You can absolutely use a gov on the Wren 44. I have mine governed through the Vbar on my N7.

Team Synergy, Team FBL Rotors---Formerly Dyecocker1-------if its not broke...it will be!

In my Trex 700 turbine the rpm is controlled by the ECU . I didn't find a need for external gov . Turbine ECU controlled rpm well with my flying fast and somewhat hard 3d.

I stole it ,flew it and gave it back ;)
