I have been lusting for a proper fuel jug for sometime and with fathers day weekend happening I told my wife this would make for an awesome fathers day present. I reached out to the gang at the Jersey Modeler. I was looking at their really sharp setups at the time and wanted a fancy one with an electric pump. I mentioned what I was looking for and they pulled all the stops out and made one up for me. Turns out they are now producing them and available for order! Anyways I digress. I got the big one the JEGS fuel jug which 2.5 gallons of your nitro fuel. I fly big 700’s and we know how fast your fuel can go. It came with a sullivan pump and an 9.6V/2700 NIMH battery neatly tucked away in a protective plastic case. Along with all of it came with a “smart” charger for the battery which you can leave plugged in and it will maintain the battery for you. Along with all the proper tubing to fill your heli up as well as a return line in the event you want to fill up a plane and may have an over flow situation. Inside the Jegs jug had two screen filters to feed the sullivan pump and a filter at the end as a preventative measure right before the fuel gets to your heli. I filled the jug up and went out to the field with it. The simplicity of just placing the connection on your fuel line and hitting a button to fuel your heli is really nice and kinda cool not having to turn the hand crank on the manual pump especially in the heat wave we are having. I am really happy with my purchase and can’t say enough good things about the fuel jug. It makes things so much more simpler and easier when fueling your heli, plane, or whatever you fly.

They make nice stuff friend of mine has a couple turbine planes
and he has a couple these on his 5 gallon fuel jugs

His one plane holds 156 ounces of fuel
that would be a lot of cranking

I still use a couple of Dubro hand cranks for my stuff

ageing is manditory maturity is optional
