haha, I though it was me having the same effect where ever I left a reply.

Since fbl systems came along there are a whole lot fewer topics on setting up a fb head as there used to be. Things have toned down for rc helis because the interest in quads/fpv has taken over. Helis are inherently expensive and the curiosity just isn't there since there are less expensive options on the market for hover capable things, dumbed down heli like things but not rc helis. And who doesn't want to be the "roving eye in the sky" and on the cheap too (like knuclehead people who say to the world I'll show you what I can do).

3d is just not that interesting unless you are masochistic in some sense, rc heli a high tech high cost gadget that it is.

In all this the rc heli interest has taken a back seat, some just love the rc heli characteristics, speed, acrobatic extremes capability, smell of nitro and or sound of large rotors, presence in size and a few other things not found in simple multis. Guys who fly helis have very few more questions therefore we'll see fewer new topics for awhile and fewer replies.

Have you ever heard of a retail store based strictly on selling rc helis? I have seen two locally that are based on "drones" that opened within the last year.

It's not you, it's all of the above.

maybe cause you answered all the questions and didnt leave anything up to speculation...

Or

it could be the moment you walked in to a post, everyone was like
"oh geez, here comes Richard..."

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

That's because your replies are concise and to the point and usually answer the questions on board. After that there is no need to post anymore.

And further more I appreciate your past help

Good luck

Just add a few spelling mistakes, a claim about the superiority of wooden blades... you will be a big hit.

How about nitro can fly longer than electric, thumbs are better for 3D, Align is the best, Futaba is better than JR and is a piro flip also called chaos??

is a piro flip also called chaos??

Nitro- Electric don't know, thumbs -Don't know, Align- Don't know,
Futaba JR- don't know,

Now then, is a Piro flip also a chaos!!!

NOPE

I can answer that with a lot of certainty.
See a piro flip and chaos may look the same but, the chaos is way more rotational confusion involved than the piro and flip.

You really have to be into them to see which is which. Please don't ask me to dig out the GIF of them that I think I stored away 12 years ago. it is'nt happening.

I think Danny, or was it Alan Szabo, did some lessons on the difference a long time ago.

thats it, I have got to look for the funk in the junk now.

Wait,,,,or is that junk in the funk?

Regards Dazza,;
