I went to my local Walmart today to buy a can of Coleman fuel to find they no longer sell it. In its place is 'Crown' camp fuel manufactured in TX. I'm assuming it's pretty much the same thing but have never heard of it. Does anyone have experience using this?

Yes you do. I substitute coleman (Crown from now on apparently) for pump gasoline.

Having used camper fuel in my helis exclusively from the beginning years ago,I switched to regular gasoline when camper fuel became a pain to find because the meth heads were using it,or so I've been told that was the reason Wally quit selling it. I am going to try the Crown fuel the next time I fly.
When I bought a hedge trimmer last year, the dealer gave me a quart of "50:1 small engine mix" which smells and looks like camper fuel with oil added.I was curious if amyone can verify my suspicion that it is. If it is,people are really being taken,as it costs about $9.00 a quart.
