Well, everything went as predicted. I figured he would not bow out. This is just sad.

Bernie is down by like 400 pledged delegates. And he's down by 900 total after you add the superdelegates.

And he has the gonads to vow to keep fighting? This is just embarrassing at this point. He must be milking his campaign finances or something.

Just what does he think he's going to do? Switch all those superdelegates to him so he wins by a slim margin even though by ALL measures he lost? He lost no matter how you count it. He lost by pledged delegates. He lost after you add the superdelegates. And he lost by the popular vote. Just who does he think he is? Talk about an entitlement mentality!

She leads by 380 pledged delegates. That was the will of the voters. By all democratic measures, she has won. The only way he wins is if the superdelegates force a win against the will of the voters. And it would have to be blatant, because if the superdelegates are evenly or proportionally shared, she still wins. Almost ALL of the superdelegates would have to switch to Bernie, in a blatant move, against the will of the voters. And even then, he'd only win by a slim margin. This is the "dream" that the Bernie camp is hoping for. But it WILL NOT HAPPEN. These superdelegates put their name in for her and are not going to be prone to switching, especially at this point. And yet he needs almost all of them to do this unlikely thing. But even if he could convince them to switch, it would be absolutely outrageous if enough superdelegates swapped so as to undo her lead. Imagine the outcry if the party allowed a white male, using backroom deals, to blatantly squash the fairly won race of the first female nominee for President of the United States, against the will of the voters. This superdelegate switch is a mathematical and political impossibility.

And yet this is the dream of the Bernie camp. It is a delusion at best, and a wish for undemocratic corruption at worst. Such a thing is not to be celebrated. Bernie...Go home.

Wow...a whole lots of words to say that you don't understand a thing.

I applaud Bernie's integrity and perserverance in attempting to influence the future of the Democratic party platform. He understands that Hillary is no more than a Wallstreet whore with more in common with the Republican party than the Democrats.

He should continue the fight simply as a means to make her publicly commit to more reforms that the Wallstreet monkeys are terrified of. He should also force her to publicly state a much more liberal pick for the vacant supreme court seat, than Obama has chosen. ( Really get the conservatives panties in a bunch. )
And yet this is the dream of the Bernie camp. It is a delusion at best, and a wish for undemocratic corruption at worst. Such a thing is not to be celebrated. Bernie...Go home.
Nonsense....Bernie keep at it. Force Hillary to state a few ultra liberal supreme court choices. Lock her into it. Force her to change the whole party platform.

It looks to me Obama own the Democrats party,

Or they going to cut a deal cut hillary loose, we know folk don't give a rat about vote, if sander will cut a deal with Obama/Dirty harry to preserve his Legacy maybe
They'll side swipe the fat lady."

Vice President Joe Biden urged patience Wednesday when asked whether Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders should get out of the presidential race now that Hillary Clinton has become the presumptive Democratic nominee.

"I think that's his call," Biden said while leaving the Senate chamber. "It's clear we know who the nominee is going to be. I think we should be a little graceful and give him the opportunity to decide on his own."

After deciding not to enter the race himself, Biden often made favorable comments about Sanders but did not endorse a candidate.
Later the White House said Sanders has "more than earned the right to make his own decisions about his campaign," White House press secretary Josh Earnest said, President Barack Obama won't be publicly calling for him to step out of the race.

Obama and Sanders are expected to meet Thursday at 11:15 a.m. ET.
After he meets with Obama tomorrow, Sanders is scheduled to meet with Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid at the Capitol. Reid has maintained close contact with Sanders throughout the campaign, but has
occasionally chafed at him, including ripping Sanders' response to the chaos at the Nevada Democratic convention last month.

Oh I understand quite well. The only people confused here are the Bernie camp. Wake up and smell the dang java.

It's over. He isn't going to be "forcing" her to do a damn thing. He lost. And you say I don't understand.

He. Lost.

You know what, I hope he does run as an independent. It would certainly make more sense than clawing for delegates he'll never get.
