Hi,
Simple question.
What is a normal flight time with a 550se on a mild acrobatic set-up?
Thanks,

flight time

It really depends on some factors, gearing, head speed, how hard u fly and pack size.I get 5 mins from my logo 600sx with a 3700 pack at 2300rpm head speed beating the snot out of the heli. You should get an easy 6 min just cruising around with a nice sized pack. This is how I get my flight times, fly the 550se like u would your normal flight for 4 mins and land and check the pack, how much voltage u have left is a good way to guess how much time u have left in the pack.I can hover my 400se for over eight mins but when i fly it hard like 3d i only get five, hope it helps u out. I just stretched my 550sx and installed a pair of Edge 603's. I'm running about 2100rpm and used 2500mah according to my eFuel gauge. Flights were about 4 minutes of big air, tic tocs, rainbows. The 550 is so light it is a great platform for 6s running 600 blades. I could probably get 6 minutes or more with a head speed of 1900.
