Does anyone actually USE Bluetooth with their phones?

So i have recently discovered that the less i deal with my phone directly the better my quality of life should be. I have delt pretty much all the bs social networking apps from my phone and try my damndst to keep my eyes off of the screen. But the problem lies with my phone - the actual phone part- i get a lot of calls per day for business and well, i hate it. Good for business but bad for my anti phone phase. A buddy of mine got me off of the iOS band wagon and into the android eco system a while back and uses a blueant q2, now i would like to take his word for it and im sure i can, but im intesteed to know what the what the community uses, if any....

Nope, I stick with the free headphones that came with the phone.

If you mean the ear thingy I did a few years ago so I could work and answer the phone but I havn't done it since. Didn't like the thing in the ear. I do like the thought of the Bluetooth car interface, that is nice. I just need a Bluetooth car.

I love it when I get into my F250 and Pandora on my iPhone automatically starts playing over the truck speaker system. Sweet!!! My Range Rover won't even do that.

via bluetooth...

and it mutes pandora when phone rings, text comes in, or I get an email. I can also answer the phone with a button on the steering wheel. Pretty nice for an ole country boy.

This is all I can think about when I hear about a bluetooth headset.

I used one in my ear for awhile. Worked really great, paricularly when driving. The only trouble I found was any body near you thinks you are talking to them or you are crazy.
So I am back to holding the phone to my ear, got tiered of people asking "WHAT ?" or "Are you talking to me ?" Then it would get confusing when you say, "No I'm not talking to you", then the person on the other end of the phone conversation would would say "What ??". A whole comedy sketch could be done on the confusion..

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

I love my bluetooth headset. I have terrible cell phone reception at my house and found that I had to stand in just the perfect spot in order to carry on a phone conversation and not drop a call. Since I did have a couple of good spots in the house, I bought a bluetooth headset. Now I just leave the cell phone in one or two particular spots in the house, and I can still be anywhere in my house while talking on my phone.

My BT is always on. Anytime I get in my truck it automatically links to my aftermarket Kenwood. If I get a call it automatically answers after three rings. I can talk without touching a thing.

The sound comes through the truck sound system. When the call ends the radio automatically goes back to whatever it was set at.

I don't like to talk to anyone while driving but for short calls I can at least answer and say I'm driving... what's up... gotta go.

The BT earbuds never worked for me. Especially in a car. The road and wind noise made it difficult.

I use a BlueAnt ST3 in my car with an iPhone 4s...works well. Automatically connects when you get in if it is turned on. You can answer without touching anything...just speak "answer" after the announced caller name if they are in your contact list. Bought mine online about a year ago...caught a sale..paid $59.99 for it.

I've never used a BT headset, but love bluetooth in the car. It's great while on a trip, the GPS voice commands shut down the audiobook I'm listening to, then the book fades back. voice commands to place calls are nice, too.

I use the bluetooth that is factory installed in my Acura. Connects on its own after the first pairing everytime I get in my car and uses the factory audio system as the speakers. Works great!

I use BT, only bad thing is the cell phone battery dies about twice as quick with the cell phone BT feature enabled.

I love the Bluetooth in my F150 with the ford Sync system. Hooks up everytime and my Razr actually uses bluetooth for text so my truck reads them to me over the stereo. Pretty cool technology.
