DATE CHANGE?

I thought this event was scheduled for Sept 15 but evidently it has been moved back to Aug 25. No problem for me, but I hope others are aware of it. See y'all then!

very nice event last year. The grass is baby soft. Sorry i will be missing this one.

It was changed because of the DNC. There were also flight restrictions.

That's understandable. I just wanted to call it to everyones attention. I happened to notice it when I was scrolling through the calendar of other events.

What kind of event is it ? Is it just for fun ? Is it open for average pilots (like me...). I am in Columbia and then if I can fly there I will prepare everything for Saturday :-)))

Definitely a laid back, fun event. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience. It is a big field so there is room for everyone. Last year there was a variety of skill levels represented and everyone had a great time. No pressure, just come enjoy the weekend and have fun.

Yes its for everyone. We will give maybe 2 helicopters away and lots of other items. Come and have fun.

Great I received 6 gallons of fuel this morning, I have just to charge my batteries. Is there some shadow on the field or do we need to bring a tent ?
