| kcordell Elite Veteran O Fallon, MO | In the US, we have scoring computer system developed by one of our pilots.
But, for the most part, we keep score on actual paper sheets and tabulate them as quickly as possible.
Per FAI rules, scores are to be posted as soon as possible after round is completed, both individual sheets and round results.
All scoring in US is done per FAI, as we typically try to get a full 7 rounds in. 4 of P, normalized each round, then normalized to 1 score, then 3 rounds of F, each round normalized, determining champion from those 4 scores.
If we don't or can't get a full 7 rounds in, we come to some sort of agreement before we even start as to how we are going to score.
Only difference in US is that ALL pilots fly the Finals schedule, not only top 15%.Team Futaba, Team FlightPower, Team Miniature Aircraft, YS Engines, VelTye |
