I just want to warn anyone out there on RR thinking on dealing with Chad Dingman. This guy just scammed me out of my Brand New Titan X50 ad that I placed here on the RR Classifieds. The trade was for my Titan X50 bnf, with extra X50 frame w/head, servos, tail case, Align starter with lipo and a money order for $150.00 for his T-Rex 700E. I shipped out my heli on the 5th of June and he received it on the 7th throughout this time our communication was great, he was very quick to answer my text, and PM's. Now he does not answer any of my texts and PM's or even e-mails, the last we spoke he mentioned to me that he is going through a possible split up with his female counterpart. I had given him all the benefit of the doubt and even wished him the best of luck, just keep me posted and updated throughout. But mostly the status of my X50 trade. Still no word from this guy and I am getting very upset.

I am in the Army, serving our country and when I am not training or deployed I love to get into my hobby and that is flying RC Helis. This guy just took that away from me. So I am furious and he is only a state away in Oklahoma, he is also originally from Fort Worth, TX. And If this guy wants to steal from me then he picked the wrong guy to steal from. I will hunt him down and get my property back, dude does not scare me one freakin bit.

So fellow RR members be warned should you encounter this name on RR classifieds "Chad Eric Dingman" And should you be in Valliant, Oklahoma and know this guy and see him flying a Titan X50 Torque tube version (Blue Canopy) remember that it is stolen! You know the messed up part about it all! Is that this guy Chad Eric Dingman claimed that he is a Heliproz Team pilot! If I were Heliproz and the rest of the Team Pilots I would not want a guy like this on there team. Heliproz Team pilots are suppose to help and assist in the RC heli community not steal from others through scams.

What's his RR user name. I had a similar issue a few months back. A bunch of RR folks started a campaign to help. Even posted his FB profile pics. Maybe a few folks remember that. He owed me for a X50 I paid him for and he never delivered . Finally a third person helped him out and paid me. Shoot even someone was messaging his FB friends about the deal.

Chad Dingman

His RR name is Chad Dingman, I got the Eric from searching him online. He has a facebook as well, a few videos of him flying the T-Rex 700E and 550E on you-tube. He is from Valliant, Oklahoma, originally from Fort Worth, TX where he attended school as a kid. He is a full time college student, and currently as per what he told me, going through a break up with his girlfriend. He love riding and racing BMX, his mother's name is Sheri Ward Dingman, who is still residing in Fort Worth, TX. I could go on and on but I will save that for later. I don't want to involve any of his family members because they have nothing to do with his actions in Oklahoma.

I sure will! I am making it known on all RC forum sites. Now if this guy does have a valid excuse as to why he never responded back to all my PM's and texts, e-mails and either sends me his heli as per the initial trade or sends my Titan X50 back with everything to include the $150.00, I will restore his name via all these web-sites. That is just the kind of person that I am.

However he better have a good excuse as to why he could not PM, e-mail or text me a response.

Sometimes people do go through major issues in their lives that prevents them from taking care of other issues at hand. They get so caught up in the moment at the problem they are encountering. i.e Chad Dingman said he is going through a huge split up with either his girlfriend of wife, either way he is splitting up, should Chad have a child with this woman, he may be trying to battle things out to either save the relationship or custody battle. I don't know! I am just trying to see the positive and maybe things like RC helis or the hobby is not at all important too Chad at the moment.

I am a family man and if I were going through the same issue Chad says he is going through I would drop my hobbies for the time being and pursue fixing my problems with the wife. There is the right way in doing everything! And when you have a business deal on the line you do not let that hang out to dry.

Now if this guy is flying my heli and enjoying it to the fullest, with all his other helis in his fleet then something is wrong and that is when I turn the hat around and deal with him my way.

While I agree the situation should be rectified, I'd just be careful about posting potential action on an open online forum. Things said or done online can and will come back to haunt you even sometimes years later. I understand being upset and I hope things work out for you for sure, and I appreciate your service to our country, just be careful!
