Seaview Rotary Wings is the premier "Heli Only", RC Club in Brooklyn, NY. We are having a One Day 2012 Summer Spool Up - Fun Fly on Saturday, July 21, 2012 from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. Rain date will be on Sunday July, 22, 2012.

Our special event will again take place on our home field, Bridge View, in Calvert Vaux Park, with a panoramic view of the Verrazano Narrows Bridge.

$15 Landing Fee will include 1 free Tee-Shirt
Food is Available.
Raffle Prizes
All are Welcome - AMA Required to Fly.

wow summer spool up in july? i remember when it used to be in like late may early june if my memory serves me correctly? i have been out of the hobby for several years now but i always enjoyed and do enjoy the fun hangin out with the fellas...seaview was where i learned to fly and i always had a great time there..i will try and make the event, hey you never know...that SAB Goblin thing is starting to peak my interest again

I got the attend this event 3 or 4 times while living in NY and always had a great time.. it was a little ride from Albany, but we turned it into a road trip... left Friday and had a nice dinner.. good nights sleep and over the bridge in the morning!!!! Summer Spool Up

Hello All. As we quickly approach our Summer extravaganza may I remind you that all registered pilots must have a current AMA license in there posession. In the unlikely event that you do not have one and would like to participate, you will be able to purchase AMA insurance @ the field on the day of the event. If by chance you haven't renewed your AMA license, you will be able to do that as well. Any children aged 15 and under can also obtain free AMA insurance as well. Just ask for the CD and all will be taken care of.
