| PrivateerCncpts Heliman | Good event Chuck, kudos for going out when it was windy. Saw the "gravity research." Check out your tail really well when you fix everything. I think your gyro just got overwhelmed. But hey, you got out there!Anyone near the Killingworth area - I encourage you to check out the Killingworth Rec Park @ (approx.) 35 Parker Hill Road EXT. You can fly all the time now - no scheduled sports for the summer. And the area easily compares to the Farmington field. Those of us that like to take off from hard surfaces will find a nice walkway right down the middle. It offers a 3 foot split level mid field... a nice drop off along one side... a private space... You can even bring non-fliers and let them hike nearby.Again, Nice event. It was my first funfly. My young spotter and I had fun, got lots of pics, some great advice... and got to help a couple people out also. All good. | ||

Having only a 450 Pro... aside from hovering and helping a fellow 450, had to wait to fly when the wind wasn't moving tents 
I did get to go up around 4PM and rolled my bird around a bit. Did a few nice moves and landed in one piece - I'll take that 
| Yogi 1 Senior Heliman | Had a great time at the event got to see some old friends and talk a little about the old days and we were camped right next to the R44's and Rotorway Excec full scale heli's which was an extra treat having gotten my license in an R22 years ago.This was a nice relaxing day of flying and observing some really good pilots put on a nice show.I be sure to make it next year.Thanks to Eric and all the club members for putting in a great effort.Yogi | ||

| chuck1073 Heliman | "Saw the "gravity research."LOL. That phrase is going in "the bank" for sure.We made it out to RC Hobbies on the way home and picked up some parts, Bob, Rob and I.
