Wiring a Beastx system with an AR6200 receiver - and question wiring in general

Although I am not entirely sure I did everything correctly (I am getting ready to find out right now), I just got my beastx all wired up to my AR6200 on my Trex 500 EP CF, and it looks horrendous. I was wondering if any of you vets out there had any good trex 500s (or something similar) that had a particularly fantastic wiring job (with beastx preferably) And you wouldn't mind sharing some pictures.

Also, I have never actually installed servos so I have no idea how you do wiring in the first place. How would I lengthen or shorten the lengths of my wires? Would I need to buy something that is exactly the size that I want? Or do you all usually cut and solder on servo leads to get your perfect length? Lastly, I am using Align 510s, should my servo wire be 22AWG or 26 AWG?

Thanks so much you all! Looking forward to answers!

Anyone here, its good practice to have the three head servos with equal length leads. I find it easier to just by connector sets and get the crimping tool, cut the existing connectors off and install new ones. This way you can select the type of connector instead of those goofy Futaba connectors with the spades.

Wiring is a labor of love, and I have been commended many times for my creativity. Its always good practice to have your head servos when you are building the frame so the wires can be nicely tucked inside the frame. Then I usually lay out all my electronics and begin to group my runs, what wires will be sharing similar paths. When I have leads that I cant shorten I bundle them in a nice flat coil and use shrink wrap instead of a wire tie to hold it. I also use shrink wrap to hold the spade connectors together when I add an extension, like hooking the tail servo to the gyro. Remember to leave a nice slack loop for the tail servo when its mounted to the tail boom, more times than not the tail boom is still at least partially attached after a crash, it can save a tail servo! Buy some fuel line it makes a nice insulator for those sharp edges on a carbon frame.

Wiring for me usually takes about the same amount of time as it does to build the air frame. Take your time, be patient, and its best to have a plan.
