so i was standing in line this morning. i was third in a disorganized line. this guy who was second said to me: "this is my spot and i will be back" i guess he had a bully mentality

was i wrong in telling him: "good for you and i didn't give a ****" he walked out calling me an asshole under his breath

thing is i could have kept my mouth shut. i lowered myself to his level. but it is worth it once and a while.
At that particullar moment it was justified,if the guy had asked you politely, "excuse me, but could you hold my spot for a moment, I need to run back and get something please?" that would have been the mature thing to do, instead he barked at you thinking he had the right to disrespect you.. you basically put him in his place.
