My Posts: All Forum Topic | The problem happened beginning of december, and I spoke to paypal about it, and it wasn't any kind of unauthorized activity. It was me changing my bank account information over to a new account and deleting my old one. I didn't find out about the disputes until just today when tower emialed me stating they can no longer do business with me since paypal issued the dispute. Of course, tower sent the email out as customer service was leaving the office for the day so I must call them back tomorrow. In the mean time, the parts I ordered sunday afternoon got cancelled. The other 2 transactions I haven't had a problem with, Yet, and paypal will do nothing for me other han to tell me they will update the disputes to resolved, and release the funds to the places I made the purchases from. So now I have to call tower and explain what happened, and the other 2 places also. What gets me, is I made ather transactions thru paypal since then without issue. This just really sucks for me in the mean time. If I only had a good hobby store within an hours drive of me, but I don't. The best one that is within driving distance is 2 1/2hrs away. there are a few small ones, but they almost always have to order what I need. I am sure there are others that spend much more, but over the last 5 years I have spent over $4200 with tower. Just last year alone, I spent $1512.31. The kicker is, the paypal transaction that caused this crap was for $38.43! I have been trying to get my R/C stuff up and going again since my house got flooded in september and spent a great deal of money with tower since then. A 4 port lipo charger, 2 radio systems, battery packs for my sons and my R/C crawlers, and other odds and ends that got washed away.Gotta have a homebrew. |
