Flying my Chinook in fast forward flight, everything is great. Like all the comments here, transition to a hover can be exciting to say the least. Was wondering if there is any way to disable the differental collective with the throw of a switch, and go to strictly fore aft swash controls for slow flight and transition to a stop. Seems like the DCP is what is causing the problem.
Just curious if anyone else had thought along these lines.
Also wanted to thank Stan for all of his input for the initial settings, they worked great.

I'm just curious, but who do you even set up the transmitter for use with an RC Chinook? What kind of swashplate mixing are you using?

Hirobo Chinook

Currently flying a Hirobo Chinook with their mixer. Sorry, should have stated that.
Have built a couple of tandems by scratch and used a combination of mechanical mixing along with a programmable radio.

Oh. See, I assumed you had just stuck two Trex 600's together boom-to-boom.
