What I have always liked about Matts/Synergy design is it has that hard core mechanical look to it. Not rugged, I can't find the words to describe it. I really enjoy building and Synergy's helis have always filled my need for a good build.

What's cool is Matt's listening to the public and giving them what they asked for. Have always liked this about him. You can talk to him and not get that "Yeah, I've heard all this before." feeling.

Matt is aiming for late spring,he said the canopy is the only thing left and is by far the hardest to design. One thing is for sure. This heli will NOT be released until its "Synergy" ready, but we can all hope for the best.

I hope the motor mount can take 25 and 30mm mounting m3-m4 to suit most motors. I find just 25mm limiting.

Is it really necessary to use carbon fiber frames? What about JR-like glass fiber or even plastic molded frames? In that way the price per frame in case of crash could degrease significantly. You cover the body of the helicopter with a nice painted canopy anyway.

In case of a crash the long metal canopy posts could lead to breaking the frames. Would it be possible to find a solution like plastic canopy posts or breacking tabs like in vibe 50?

The direct linkage from the swash plate to the servos is great. However in case of a crash the links should detach from the ball links otherwise the gears servos will be damaged.

Some said that it looks like a Mikado. It looks like that that because it is the optimum in design. It can be even a better design than of Logo x00.

I have to start saving for this one.

Canopy wise, the effort to get it right will be worth it. With these wide frame type helis a wrap around at the back like the Logo and TDR has to be the way to go. Others that go the Nitro finish on the side just look bad from the rear as they are so wide and lots of drag when flying backwards.
