Get a new plug. I have the numbers and such in my workshop.
You'll want the needles set about 1 and 1/4 to 1 and 1 1/2 turn to start Both high and low.
There is a primer bulb on the carb. You press that several times to get fuel flowing through the carb.
To start, you close the choke, with the engine at idle. Then pull the handle once.
Then open the choke and then pull to start. Mine always starts on the 1st or 2nd pull after opening the choke with this procedure.
Read this forum, there are a lot of posts on fuel tanks and such.
I use 1/8 ID tygon fuel tubing. Others have had good luck with very flexible 1/8 OD tygon fuel tubing inside the tank. I haven't located any of that to try yet.
Decide what fuel you want to run. I'm using Amsoil 100:1 premix but currently mixed to 64:1. I have run down to 80:1 with good results.
If your plug is dark and oily, someone has been running the machine way too rich. Get a new plug before you get some radio interference. Get two so you have a spare!
