My Posts This: Topic Forum | Some people showed some interest in my home made filter, so I thought I'd show it here. It is just two PVC caps of the right size required for a weed wacker filter I bought for $2.50 I cut the filter in half so that's only $1.25 per filter half! If you notice the small tab thru one of the holes that is a clip I made that holds a bolt I drilled a hole thru to screw the acorn nut onto.I siliconed the end of the filter on the outer cap so there was no air leaks, locktighted the nut on and Voila!! Here's the picture:
