Hey Guys,

As Bert mentioned before, we did not anticipate the volume of downloads that would occur in the past 90 minutes. Because some people are having issues with this, we are shutting down the Download Center until the server begins to work properly. The download server is a third party site and was the only uncertainty that we were not able to truly test until viewers could begin to download the video at the same time.

We are trying to get this situation solved as quickly as possible, so please be patient with us

For those of you who have downloaded and are unable to view, do not worry, we have your transaction records and will be able to make sure you are able to view the video once the site is live again.

Once again, we are so sorry about this inconvenience. We hope to have the problem sorted out quickly.
