| SSN Pru Elite Veteran | Those pelican cases sure do make a nice box but dang are they expensive!!!They'll come in handy if you ever feel the need to subject your charging boxes to the worst that mother nature can dish up.![]() Stupidity can be cured. Ignorance is for life! | ||

| RACER7696 Senior Heliman | my station Hello everyone here is mine almost done. I started with an aluminum case from harbor freight . I am a nitro guy so I didnt need anything crazy, So I used my 25 amp power supply and a 12v 7ah battery for when there is no power. The only tricky thing was I wanted to connect both my balance boards to a switch so what I did was use two relays with four outputs on each , I then ran them side by side and connected the 8 wires that come out of each board to the relays. Just for the heck of it I installed a fan to help cool things off when the lid is screwed down . I still have to get one more switch so I can swoitch from the battery and the power supply. I am also going to put anpther piece of aluminum up in front of the bantam charger when I get to it so all those wires will be hidden. I am planing on adding a hyperion duo charger for when I get the e aurora but as you can see there is pleny of room. I would also like to say thanks for the guys that posted here many of your ideas ended up in mine so thanks![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

| Tyler Elite Veteran | Yamaha I have a yamaha ef1000is inverter generator for sale if anyone is interested. It is lighter than a honda and does run all day on a tank of fuel. Only 8-10 hours of run time on this one.Enjoy things that money can buy IF you don't lose the things money can't buy. | ||

| BlakeMcBrayer Elite Veteran | Here is what I threw together this winter.![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It consist of six iChargers, four 208B's and 106B's. The four 208B's each have their own 18 volt 20amp power supply and the two 106B's share a 14 volt 20amp power supply. The 208B's can each be turned on separately and the 106B's come on together via the five switches. The banana connectors next to each switch allow other chargers to be hooked to my power supplies or allow you to input power to each charger from an outside source. The three cooling fans blow air inside to the power supplies and vent via 1.5" holes under each charger. The chargers are elevated 1/8" to allow this. Being that the iChargers case acts as the heatsink, I figured that this would allow the power supplies and chargers to remain as cool as possible. Each power supply also has it own built in variable speed cooling fan as do the chargers them selves.I can charge eight 6S 5000 packs at 1.5C with just the 208B's and still have the two 106B's available for smaller packs, Rx and Tx batteries. The 208B's are rated for 350 each and the 106B's are 250 watts each.Blake McBrayer
